Welcome to downtown Fruita's Mojoe Inn! The "Zippety Do Dah" apartment is the perfect location to experience this Western Colorado community rich in outdoor adventure. Once the White House Hotel in the early 1900's, this historic spot has been renovated into apartments specifically for modern guests. Main-level private entry and luxury finishes await just steps from Fruita's main street favorites like Hot Tomato Pizza, local breweries and coffee shops; and minutes from world-class mountain biking trails!

Beautiful apartment in the best location!
We absolutely loved this apartment. Extremely clean and loved the creative kitchen. Great location next to lots of places to walk, shop, eat and close to the National Monument. Super beautiful during the fall season with all the changing colors. Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay - the location was right down the street from the lil down town area. The place was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking for coffee at Aspen Coffee shop- eating at Base Camp Provisions & Copper Brewery - close drive to Colorado Monument & The Grand Mesa - we will be back!

Great spot in downtown Fruita!
