The restaurant, game room and spa were all when we came, even though these were the amenities advertised on hotels.com and the reason we chose to stay here when we had some car issues on a roadtrip. We were very disappointed! Also, no soap in the bathroom, but the empty box from the previous guest was still in the shower. Thankfully, there is a mechanic shop across the parking lot and the hotel gave us a late check out while we are waiting to have the brakes checked on my car. The staff were super nice and helpful with good restaurant recommendations in the area, you just have to to the front desk for help because they don’t answer the phone if you call from the room.

Overall stay was good and customer service was good It was close to everything and views were good . The only thing that bothered me was that no one came in to clean our sheets or give us new towels or toilet paper all 4 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk or find house keeping cleaning other rooms just not ours.

The hotel was perfectly nice, clean, staff was friendly. Definitely a bummer though to pick a hotel over a motel, thinking you can access some of those amenities (which usually justify the higher price). Was definitely bummed to see the spa was out, as I was on a work trip and have a bad back, so I love to sit in hot water after long drives.

Don’t let the negative reviews scare you away. The hotel is now all renovated as of 4/5. We had a great stay-friendly staff and amazing location. For the price-you can’t beat it.

No restaurant on site was open. No free breakfast in holiday inn . Shower was broken so was moved to another room but room was kind of facing the interior and was pitch dark thru the window. Sewer smell near the lobby. I would say if possible avoid. Find a better place

Entrance and first floor smelled like cattle. Bed was comfortable however the bed frame was poking out which we hit our legs on many times. Drywall was not completed around outlets or the water sprinklers. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

When we arrived my room was taken so we got a lower one I paid for a balcony a week ahead of time, we didn’t get told about the pool and hot tub was down so me and my kids were ready and had to pay some where to do something with them , someone spilled seeds out side the door we told them about it the day before we left as housekeeper were on the phones and didn’t clean it up until after we left, and then we would have to pay $16 a plate so um yeah , if we need a place to Silverthorne rec center was awesome !!! The breakfast was really good thanks chef!!!

The front desk employee was very friendly and professional besides that there isn’t much good to say about this property. There was a trail of mud on the floor when we arrived which was there for over one day. Our sheets had a hair on them. When we asked for extra towels, they pulled them out of a big bin of laundry. We had no idea if they were clean.
