People next-door had their TV on all night and the rooms are separated by wooden doors that have about a 2 inch gap underneath so you are pretty much watching the TV with them all night after trying to call front desk the phones didn’t function and then personally got up at 3 AM out of the bed trying to see somebody at the front desk. The person was sleeping so hard that I could not wake him up after trying several times and hearing him snore, I just gave up the room was clean. The breakfast was OK.

Fantastic stay!! I’d go back in a heart beat! Hot tub was great, staff was SO nice and helpful with whatever I needed. Very quite setting, shuttle bus to mtn right outside ( saving $40 a day parking at the mountain) Also super clean.Was gonna stay up the road at the AC hotel, but it was $600 more for the same stay. Fantastic breakfast and chill staff- I’ll be back!!!

This visit was really pretty terrible. We were given keys to the wrong room and walked in on another family, that was a false fire alarm evacuating the hotel late at night, the bathroom was dirty. I will say the beds were comfortable, but overall, we probably won’t be back considering the crappy care at the hotel.
