The staff were scooting tables and yelling at early in the morning at like 7:30 in the morning they were very loud they were yelling from one to another across from the desk into the dining area they weren't trying to be quiet at all and when I said something about getting people up and getting them out they started laughing

We stayed here for a band competition. The hotel was clean, quiet and very much uneventful. Staff is available pretty much all day and night. The only recommendation would be improve the breakfast area. It was too small and not enough tables for everyone to sit and have breakfast.

Good place to stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The front service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The downside was the condition of the hotel. The elevator was not running well and it was rather scary ( the buttons don’t light up and the rides are shaky) and the bathtub in the bathroom was not stable and made the noise every time you step inside the tub. But overall, it was a good place for the price.

Made a mistake of booking a hotel in Fresno and didn’t like it so we had to book a different one, luckily there were still rooms left at this one. Check in went smoothly and had a lovely conversation with staff. Everything was really nice!!
