The staff were friendly and very helpful. However my stay wasn’t the best, as far as the hotel itself. The tv was staticky, and laggy, as well as tiny. The bathroom had a vent but didn’t work. The location was convenient, and I felt safe.

Front desk staff was not available/at the desk for 15+ minutes when I arrived. I couldn’t find anyone. Extra pillows were not in the room. I had to go down to the front desk to obtain them. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Shower head not very strong. Unfavorable people lingering in the parking lot. Nice front desk staff in the morning upon departure. Great service and staff in breakfast area. Breakfast area was spotless!! Food was great, fresh and wide variety.
