It was a delicious breakfast. Wish they served the potatoes and sausage both days we were there but still very good. The staff was very nice. I would suggest in the bathrooms that there was also body wash in the shower as well. Overall a great stay.

The room did not have enough toilet paper or coffee, and had no conditioner. The shower head was awful, no pressure and took a long time for the water to heat up. The gym room was either not open (lock broken) or equipment was unplugged. The hotel was unresponsive to my messages sent in advance. The staff were very nice but the check in process could be improved - specifically how the rooms were allocated. I won’t return.

The room was clean, it was just a little run down. The paint in the bathroom looked like there was some minor damage, the tv was a little wonky/leaning forward but worked. The shower head was restricted by calcium build up. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was actually decent. We did enjoy the variety of food they had. We did not use the pool or any other accommodations.

The pictures posted online made it look like this was a remodeled hotel, but my room was very dated. I checked in and my room keys didn't work, no big deal, went downstairs, got new keys and tried again. Still didn't work. Next go around, I was walked dup, and told the lock was dead, and they let me in, and they would have it fixed. It was never fixed, I never had a key to my room, so any time I left, I had to be let back in. The staff was very nice and friendly, but staying in a room without a key and not being able to come and go without having somebody unlock my door for me was annoying to say the least.

My wife and I visited for five nights during mid-September (low season) and the hotel was nice and quiet. The national parks were quiet as well. The room was huge and well maintained. Everything worked. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but we got accustomed to it after the first night. The king sized bed was comfortable, but larger pillows should be provided. A room safe box should be provided. The front desk and other public areas were also well maintained. The quality of the hot breakfast was fair to good. (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns, waffle machine, fruit, coffee, juice, bread and pastries). The quality of the sausages and bacon can be improved. The hotel personnel were courteous and attentive. A good experience overall.
