The property was beautiful, the room was beautiful and clean, we did notice maybe they were understaffed. Multiple times we couldn’t get pool towels, the elevator was broken for 24-36 hours roughly, the staff wouldn’t even look at you for at least 10-15 minutes, then they would tell you they would be with you shortly. Overall, everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this resort.

Housekeeping was sporatic, they also left our room open and unattended allowing anyone to enter and steal our items. Getting charges $35/day for parking even though it was uncovered and hot and not having a choice to park ourselves. Bouy house dining was disapointing, waitress ignored us for 1/2 hour before remembering we were still there. Will not comeback or promote to others, poor job guys!

The rooms were dirty our bed sheetings had coffee stains and a blood stain. The staff was very unfriendly. A hotel that cost $1100 a night I expect more. Very poor experience.

Everything was amazing with the exception of the smell in our room. It had a dank, moldy odor that was pretty bad, but we really shouldn’t fault the hotel as we didn’t make a fuss about it. We just swung the patio door open and let the Caribbean breeze air out the room. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. We do not regret staying at the Westin and would surely return! The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful.

Start to finish it was amazing. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. We rented a car and checked out the island. This hotel was easily the nicest and we had the best time. Legit paradise!

The resort is beautiful . It’s an open air resort . Check in was fast . The staff were wonderful. Our room was nice, the bed was very comfortable.
