"We were told that there was an outdoor pool, which is why we booked it. There was a pool but it was disgusting and couldn’t see through the water and tons of debris in it. Our room looked clean and nice but with the air conditioning set to 65 degrees the room wouldn’t cool. Talked to the front desk and they said they’ve had people staying there for a month and they haven’t complained and it just is what it is because they are having power issues. We requested a refund and went elsewhere. Just didn’t feel super safe, and outside was pretty run down with random people hanging around."

"This could have been a nice place to stay, if it hadn't been for circumstances beyond their control. There were still things that could have been done to alleviate the issues. There was a violent storm that went through at 11:30 PM. We lost power at 11:40. The power never came back on. That meant, no lights, water (toilets and showers), elevators, wifi, coffee, breakfast, nothing. When we left there was a slot to drop off our keys. Nobody was around to offer help, to offer mailing a receipt, or to apologize for our uncomfortable stay. Someone from the property checking on us would have been really nice."
