Insgesamt eigentlich gut aber im Bad unzumutbarer Schimmelbefall und überhaupt gehört renoviert sowohl die Wohnung mitsamt der Entlüftung und das Kücheninventar. Die Lage und der Blick sind toll.

sehr freundliche Betreuung, Wohnung gut ausgestattet, sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf Hafen und Meer und viel Sonne bis zum frühen Nachmittag der Parkplatz ist ziemlich schmal und im Badezimmer wären einige Renovierungsarbeiten fällig, sonst ist die Wohnung aber sehr schön, sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, komfortabel und gemütlich

Formidable

L’appartement est très bien placé avec une vue magnifique. Pour être parfait, on aurait bien aimé des transats pour la sieste et une plus grande télévision. A noter que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. Il manque aussi une grande glace pour se voir en entier 🤣 La vue est à voir et on a pu observer un lever de lune. Du jamais vu ! Cordialement 😊
