We found the house to be wonderful. We all were totally pleased with all the amenities. There were 4 ladies between the ages of 65 - 75. The elevator was a big plus. We will definitely come back. The owners were easy to talk to and helpful. The beaches are at the end of the street. It just Can’t get any better.

Thank you so much for a very memorable vacation. Yall have great host. You had everything we need and more. The house was very nice, clean and well stock with normal supplies. The walk to the beach was short. The elevator was a life saver. The house is arranged to accommodate my wife's wheelchair ane the roll in shower was awesome. Thank you for a very special stay.

Perfect beach house location

This was our second time staying at the property and loved it just as much as the first time. The house is walking distance to the beach and restaurants in the area. The elevator is perfect for helping access the house and adding the golf cart makes driving around the island a breeze. Highly recommend

Family's first beach vacation.

While ive stayed at surfside before, my family has not and for several of them this is a first time at a beach. My family loved the house, the location and the whole trip. This was amazing stay.

We had a few minor mechanical issues that the owner took care of in record time. He really cared about our overall experience and stay. This place is amazing and will defiantly be a place we visit again!

Overall good, but maintenance issues and golf cart was not good

Great location to beach. House was mostly clean. We rented a golf cart and the 6 seater they gave us was rusted out and broken and had dead fish in the back bin. They replaced with a 4 seater that also was older and had issues. They finally replaced with another 4 seater that didn't work at first, but was quickly fixed. On the third day the water pressure dropped to zero and we all had to take showers in the outside shower. They replaced the filter in the morning and the pressure came back. The house was very nice, AC worked great, TV's were great with cable, fans all worked, layout was nice, decks were nice. Overall, stay was good. I had to lower the ratings because of the golf carts and the water pressure. Britt family was very good at responding to issues, but honestly, all of the issues should have been prevented by good maintenance.

Relaxing Get-a-way

Darling house with everything we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Hopefully, this will become our Thanksgiving tradition! The hosts were awesome, very available and so kind. Thank you for a much needed visit to the beach!

My family had a great time staying at this beach house. It was clean and modern and well-appointed. We had everything we needed and could walk to the beach. This is our 2nd time staying in a home by the Britt family and we will be back.

Nice house with convenient elevator

Loved the house! My kids especially loved playing cornhole with the set they have at the house. There's a really nice fenced yard. The only drawback for us was that the house sits on a road that serves as an entrance to the beach and on Sunday there were a lot of cars driving up and down the road. If that doesn't bother you, then this is the perfect house.

Great little home

The house was fairly clean and looked SO CUTE! It was the first time we stayed at a house with soft pillows too (usually the rental homes have bricks to lay on). The house had everything we needed for our stay and more (besides water pressure.... it had none of that)! I felt SO BAD because I forgot to pack the boogie boards for the kids, but they had those too as well as loads of beach toys! They had a big container of cold, clean drinking water and even ice packs for when we go to the beach. The house was just fantastic, and the homeowners worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be renting from them again!

Fabulous get away

The house was just as pictured. Very clean and well supplied. Golf cart was a must. Loved the shower downstairs to wash off sand. Two patios were great. One for our teens upstairs and one for us. We will be back!

Perfect location!

This is our second stay at Surfside Paradise, and won’t be our last! We love this house! Centrally located to several restaurants, coffee and tea shop (across the street) liquor store and the beach! The house is roomy and comfy! The Britt family has covered every detail and great communication. Our top favorites with Surfside Paradise is the lift and the whole house water filtration.Can’t wait to visit again!

Surfside beach trip

This property was perfect for our family! The lift & grab bars in the bathrooms made it easy for my 91 yr old mom to be with us. We even took her in the wheelchair on the beach and she got to experience the surf on her feet! There were plenty of dishes to use for cooking, towels to take to the beach and sitting out on the porch was amazing! The sunsets are beautiful💜

Getaway!

There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't already there. The elavator was such a blessing for my husband and dog! Loved how the stairs went straight into the backyard so that our four legged daughter was able to enjoy all levels of this house by herself if she wanted. Location was great for people watching! Had great neighbors as well. Even though the weather was not in our favor, we were able to decompress inside just as well as outside. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday, rented the golf cart (6 seater), so we could go anywhere we wanted to. We are looking forward to renting this place again!

Great Stay

Everything was great. House is very clean and cozy. Furniture and beds we’re comfortable. Only suggestion is more skillets, had to cook in batches and lamps in the living room and bedrooms. There is no pantry space, luckily we used crates and just kept the food lined up on the bench by the window. The lift was a great feature and the golf cart was fun but kinda pricey considering it was parked quite a bit. Probably didn’t need it but it’s hard to gauge that online. The owners were very accommodating and great to work with.

Wonderful Place!!

We started our spring break with our annual trip to Surfside, with 5 grandkids and my daughter the elevator lift was an absolute lifesaver!! The house was wonderful, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and cozy living area. We stay in Surfside at least 2 times a year and the water filtration this house has is truly amazing! We could definitely tell the difference from previous stays at other homes! Although you can see the water from the balconies, we decided to give up our waterfront view for the convenience of the elevator and boy are we happy we did!! This house is in a great location walking distance to the Red Snapper Inn (great food) walking distance to the Seahorse Bar & grill (oceanfront dining & great drinks!) Culture coffee is literally across the driveway we tried a new iced coffee everyday! 3-4 minute walk to the beach (probably less if you don’t have 5 little ones lol!) we will definitely stay with the Britt Family again awesome hosts with great communication!
