The bathroom was too small. The tub was stained and looked dirty. The shower curtain and the rod had been broken more than twice by the wall bracket. The curtain would slide to the middle causing the floor to get very wet. The flood and side tube molding was coming unsealed. The shower scilicon was cracking along the tube and shower walls. There was mold growing in the corner of the upper areas of the shower. Also the sheet rock tape was coming off in the bathroom. The room smelled musty as if carpet were wet and not dried properly.

This hotel is very dated. It is more of an old-school roadside motel that is well located since it is only a 4 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The room felt humid even when turning the AC higher. The room was clean but bathtub and toilet seat peeling. It smelled highly of bleach when I first arrived. The room itself had stains on the walls and divots in the sheetrock. Lighting was also lacking as they only had three lamps that were very dim. You had to keep the window curtain open to get light but then everyone who walked past could see into your room. They do serve a continental breakfast on weekends but it doesn’t start until 8:30 am and I was out and about by then. I would not recommend staying here.

The lobby and breakfast area were really cute and cozy. The employees in the lobby on Saturday were incredibly friendly and talked to each guest at breakfast. Our room looked ok at first but outdated and things were starting to get worn out and broken.

my stay here was great, I enjoyed the free breakfast in the mornings Saturday and Sunday. Everything was fresh and tasted great. The hotel room was clean and in great condition for our arrival. the whole stay was great and for my daughter and I only it was a safe area. the only down side is the room next to us kept slamming their doors throughout the whole night and it would wake my kiddo up. otherwise the pool was clean and in great condition, we enjoyed our stay.
