Whether you are considering living in Fredericksburg, here for work or an extended vacation, this recently updated and newly furnished medium term rental is move in ready and offers everything you need to stay for 30 days or longer.

Things to keep in mind:
1. The house can be rented for a maximum of 95 nights initially. Approval for extensions to your stay can be sought near the end of your stay and require an on-site inspection of the home by a member of our staff.
2. By booking a stay, you agree to allow a complimentary cleaning of the house by our housekeeping staff at least once every 30 days.
