Newly remodeled home w/ a backyard oasis, beautiful hot tub blocks from downtown

Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

Absolutely wonderful property! Beautifully decorated and very clean!! We loved sitting on the back porch and letting our puppies roam in the fenced yard! Also enjoyed the hot tub. Location was great too, so close to town. Will be back!!

We loved your home and look forward to booking again the next time we visit. Just a couple of things we noticed. There was only one hand towel in each bathroom. We were four ladies staying and fell like there should be at least 2 in each bathroom. The hot tub was cloudy and dirty. You offered to come and clear it up, but we did not feel comfortable using it. Not a deal breaker for us though. Just wanted to let you know.

We really liked this house — it’s very nice, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. There are 3 bedrooms and all of them have king-size beds, which was such a treat. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs.We also loved the little “Just peachy” theme — it’s even the Wi-Fi name and shows up on pillows and baskets around the house. Such a cute, memorable touch.Location was great too: just a few minutes’ drive to Fredericksburg’s Main Street and H-E-B, and also close to Enchanted Rock. We’d happily stay again!
