The cottage was small but quite comfortable for a couples weekend in Fredericksburg. A quick 3-4 minute drive from the main hub of the town. 30 min drive in either direction to Enchanted Rock and the Old Tunnel bat watching spot.

We loved the little house. The deer and goats came out and were fun to watch. We had to cut our visit short by 2 days due to illness but the house was perfect.

The cottage on Cherry Oak Street is perfect! The furnishings are cozy, and the kitchen are bathroom are very well-equipped. We loved the rural setting only a mile from town. And one could not ask for a more responsive owner! We heartily recommend this rental.

It's very well-appointed, up-to-date, and clean. Host clearly cares about their guests, even providing coffee, creamer, and sugar. Bed is super comfortable, and the front room couch is perfect for napping. A great little base of operations for exploring the Texas Hill Country. Recommended.

Nice clean quiet place

Stayed for our anniversary trip to Fredricksburg and the place was very quiet and clean. Only downfall was toilet doesn’t flush as well. If you had to go poop, you had to flush 5 or 6 times before all would go down. Even to go pee it would take 2-3 flushes and Eva me very frustrating. Other than that, nice place

Perfect location

What a perfect Tiny Home this was! The property was very clean, modernized, it had everything that you needed it was your home away from home. Having coffee and seeing the wildlife was an absolute bonus. The location was perfect close to Main Street where the action was happening. If you wanted to hike the Enchanted Rock it was within 20 miles. You could go 20 miles to GF Ranch to do horseback riding. The only thing I would change would be a memory foam on the bed it’s a little stiff. Other than that it was perfect! We will be renting this place again!! Stephen & Cindie

Quiet but close

This was a quiet place in the country. We saw deer and other animals while we were there. It’s not really far from the main historical areas of town, shop then run back to the cabin rest then go again. Loved the rental, would recommend it and already want to come back!
