Once you park your car in the driveway you will be able to walk to all of the shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, and biergartens on Main Street. This beautiful modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath offers two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom all with premium linens for your comfort. Whether you choose to stay in and take advantage of the game room or venture to the back yard and enjoy playing a game of corn hole, or come back and relax around the fire pit with the wine you picked up at your favorite winery, 404 will be your favorite spot in the Burg!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Clean, beautifully redone home within walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg (especially Old German Bakery). The home has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again when in town.
