Rendezvous Townhome - Pet Friendly, sleeps 10, mountain views

Great big townhome with 2 living rooms, private decks, perfect location to take advantage of Winter Park, Fraser and beyond for your Grand County visit. There are 1596 square feet on two levels.
The main level has vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan and the look of a true log cabin. A gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets. The main dining area is open to the kitchen and living room with extra seating at the breakfast bar. In the living room you enjoy the luxurious furnishings, gas fireplace with large flat screen TV and easy access to the private deck with BBQ grill, wonderful mountain view and deck furniture to enjoy the Rocky Mountain sunsets.
The master suite on the main level offers a King bed with flat screen TV and large bathroom with dual vanities and walk in tiled shower.
The lower level has another living space with gas fireplace, plenty of games, books and entertainment for the whole family. The private patio is easily accessible from this room to the private outdoor hot tub.
The lower-level bedrooms have a queen bed with en-suite bathroom as well as the kid’s room with private bathroom and custom built in bunk bed. The unit will sleep a total of 10.
The washer and dryer are also on the lower level. No air conditioning. Pet friendly.
You will find that you can easily access trails for hiking and biking right in the neighborhood directly from this vacation rental. The developers of Rendezvous used an existing trail system and enhanced it with signage for vacationers and full-time residents of the neighborhood. Winter Park Resort plus the towns of Fraser and Winter Park, Colorado are just minutes from your lodging location, a great convenience for someone on the go. The two-car garage provides cover for your vehicle in the winter and plenty of extra storage in the summer for all your hiking and biking gear. You can also take advantage of the free town shuttle the runs to the property.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on the property.

Perfect winter park stay!

This place was exactly as described online. We got to bring our dogs, which was great, and plenty of room for us, extended family and the pets! Gorgeous views from deck and hot tub. We had an issue with the code to get in and the property management was quick and very helpful. The only thing I would say is to invest in better pillows and even mattresses in the bunk room. All of us had sore necks, but the rest of our stay was excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful but disorganized.

We rented through VRBO but dealt with StayWinterPark. We were supposed to get access codes for our keyless check-in through their portal but never received anything . We had to call to get the code to the door before got there. When we arrived at the property, the code did not work. We then had to call the after-hours number to get the correct code. The code we received was correct but we were not given the garage code to get into the property. Once in, there was nothing a welcome binder or and instructions for the property. Our unit had a hot, but it was locked and, again was nothing given the code to unlock the hot tub. We had to call AGAIN to obtain the code to unlock the hot tub. We were never given the front door code so we had to go in through the garage instead of using the front door. The dishwasher did not work, and all the dishes in the kitchen were filthy with crusted, dry food and soap scum. We hand-washed all of the dishes before using. The unit was in a great location and we enjoyed the walking trails in the neighborhood.
