While the HOA does not allow guest pets, owners does at times bring their dog to the condo, so if you have severe allergies, this may not be the place for you.

Newly Remodelled 3 Bedroom Condo

This condo was very clean and had plenty of room for the whole family. The appliances are nice and a bathroom for each bedroom. There is a bus to Winterpark but it doesn't run as much as some of the other bus lines. The hot tub was ok, it could have used a cleaning but did fit about 8 adults. There was a lot of extra blankets and humidifiers which is nice in the mountains. Only complaint is the dated fans in the bathrooms were noisy and need to be replaced otherwise this is a great place for a ski/mountain trip.
