Have Fun/Relax in a Gorgeous Mountain Home, Well Equipped, Great Location

We think you'll love our mountain home as much as we do! It's in a great location, Grand Park (Fraser CO), with easy access to all the activities you enjoy.

Our new home has everything you need for a great getaway. The kitchen is not only beautiful with high end granite counters and appliances, but is also stocked with just about everything you can think of including pots and pans, cutlery, small electrics (4 slice toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, stick blender, Belgian waffle maker, panini grill), electric griddle, Ninja blender, etc. We have dinnerware, flatware, drinkware (18+ settings), fine china plates for holiday and special dinners. Our pantry is stocked with basic dry goods and spices.

There is plenty of seating for dining (15+). Our large dining table easily seats 8, and up to 10 or more with the built in leaf. The kitchen island seats 3, and there is a small game table in the great room that can seat another 4 people.

In the bedrooms you'll find all new mattresses and bedding. We also have plenty of new towels for everyone.

There are flat screen, smart TVs throughout our home with cable television and DVD/Blue Ray players. And we offer free wifi access.

Our great room is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. We have plenty of family board games and dvds for your entertainment.

Upstairs in the loft area we have a cocktail table arcade game with all your favorite retro classics like Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Galaga, Centipede, Frogger and more!

Finally at the end of the day you can relax in our 7-person hot tub.

We're located just minutes away from world-class skiing at Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resorts, snow mobile rentals, Fraser Tubing Hill, snow-shoeing and there's access to hundreds of acres of groomed cross-country trails practically right out your front door.

In the summer enjoy Winter Park's Alpine Slide, horse-back riding, hiking, biking, mountain climbing, golf, fishing, nearby lakes for paddle boarding. Also Winter Park is home to many great festivals throughout the summer and into the fall, and you'll be treated to free outdoor concerts every week.

We have a grocery store less than a mile away and great shops and restaurants, too. There's even a Rec Center within walking distance to our home, along with a cinema and bowling alley!

Great stay for WP ski trip.

Communication from the host prior to our arrival was excellent and we had no issues finding the rental or accessing the property. The location is a short 10 min drive to the Winter Park parking lots.I'd have to say the kitched was the best stocked rental we've stayed at from typical spices to the pots/pans and kitchen tools.All the beds we're comfortable. It was a little warm the 2nd and third nights, as it was warm outside, but the ceiling fans helped quite a bit witb this. Overall, wd poved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful ana cozy house with lots of room. Beds and bathrooms were great, especially since every bedroom had its own bathroom. The extra half bath downstairs was nice. The hot tub was nice and clean, but nowhere near hot enough. The water was warm and probably around 98-100 degrees. The warm water was nice but not near hot enough to be rejuvinating or therapeutic after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was great and we had everything we needed. However, the coffee pot did not work for us. It was probably user error, but we could never get it to brew. It would start brew and only stay on for a few seconds. May need a user manual or directions on how to operate because the simple action of pushing the brew button did not work for us.Overal geeat place and would highly recommend. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Excellent property!

This is one of the best properties I've ever stayed at! The prior reviews aren't kidding when they say the kitchen is fully stocked. They even have fire starters and marshmallow sticks for the fire pit! We were three families with 3 4-yr olds and it is super kid friendly too. There was even a basket of toys in the living room! The beds are super comfy, the location is great. I honestly can't think of a single negative. I even met the next door neighbor and she was the nicest lady ever. We'll definitely be back next year.

Trip to Winter Park

We loved staying at this property! It has a great location, easily accessible to Winter Park Ski Resort. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the views are exceptional. The host was phenomenal, and very responsive when we had an issue with lack of preparation on the part of the cleaners. I could tell by the property was cared for that it was something that was a one time problem, and she handled it very professionally. We were visiting with our two adult daughters, their husbands, and our grandson. We had plenty of space, and the master closet easily accommodated the pack and play for the baby. We had an amazing time, and I am counting the days until we can visit Colorado again. We would definitely use this rental again!We stay at many VRBO properties, and this was hands-down the BEST kitchen we've ever used. They lack for nothing!

home was located in a nice neighborhood, close to Murdochs, Safeway and brewery. the three bedrooms with their own bathrooms is a real plus. the hot tub was a great size and worked perfectly. nice to use after 18 holes of golf and hiking.

Great weekend for families!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this property! Three couples plus our toddlers/babies and we were comfortable in the three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Great location just a short drive from restaurants, shops, etc. with beautiful open space behind the house. Our little ones loved playing outside in the gravel around the fire pit and riding scooters in the cul -de-sac. The kitchen also had plastic cups, plates, and silverware perfect for the kiddos. The hot tub was great for the adults!

Very Comfortable With Lots of Room

We had three couples staying at this home and we all were super pleased with the experience. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the en suite baths for each bedroom were such a perk. We spent almost every breakfast and dinner on the back porch and were joined by a family of mule deer that would move through the meadow every day. The hot tub under the stars each evening was heavenly after hiking. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Amazing Family Retreat in Fraser CO

This was our family's first time using VRBO and it was above and beyond expectations. Lynn's home was everything our family wanted. The home decor was so beautiful, the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I need to find out where Lynn bought her comforter because I want them for my home! The hot tub and cocktail arcade game created many memories for our kids age 12-22. The first thing our 20 something's did when they got in the house was put together a puzzle Lynn had set out on the entertainment center. The house is in a perfect location between Winter Park and Grand Lake. I have to mention the Monarch Lake Trail. It was our family's first mountain trail and it was picture perfect! I believe we took 200 pictures over the 4 mile hike! The trail from Fraser to Winter Park was a nice walk for my Husband and I as well. We are so grateful and truely enjoyed staying in the home Lynn has created for guests and hope to be able to visit again in the near future!

This house is beautiful and has everything you need. We enjoyed it as a home base for skiing, snow shoeing and sledding. The best part is the huge bedrooms and separate TVs for everyone, all kids were happy! The hot tub was wonderful after playing in the snow all day. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Awesome property

We had a great stay at this property. Location is perfect for a visit to Winter Park. Just a few minutes to the resort, restaurants, grocery store and the Fraser Tubing Hill. This place is stocked with all the little things you usually forget or don't want to buy for a short stay. Super clean and comfortable. Star gazing in the hot tub after a day on the slopes was amazing. Heated garage big enough for a full size SUV. We are ready to come back again.
