This is such a beautiful with lots of space for a family getaway and great amenities. We enjoyed the patios, hot tub, and short walk to winter park attractions.

Perfect pet-friendly getaway!

Had a great weekend stay here - owner was super friendly and communicative, property was clean, and there were thoughtful amenities that helped make it an easy stay with our two pups and young baby. Loved that we could walk out the front door and be steps away from hiking trails so we could get out and explore, and the property is only a quick drive away from shops, restaurants, etc in town. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay for a family ski trip!

We had a great stay for our family ski trip! We loved having a private hot tub for after ski relaxing. Having 2 living spaces is nice for teenagers. Very short drive to Winter Park resort.

Loved the property! Quiet, clean, kid friendly, nicely decorated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and more. We loved the private hot tub and fire pit.

We had a great stay! Perfect for this group of seven! We appreciated the generous supply of household items i.e.dish soap, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, etc. The kids enjoyed having the hame room space with the smart TV. The hot tub was always enjoyable and towels are provided. We love the location and the keyless entry and garage! No complaints! Would stay here again!

Great Spot

Perfect for a three-day weekend for our family of five. Easy access to downtown Winter Park, Winter Park resort and hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails. Place was clean and comfortable and hosts made check-in as easy as it can be. Great views from living room across the valley to the resort.

Beautiful snow holiday

This home was perfect for the mountain/snow getaway that we wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday! Plenty big enough for all us, yet with a cozy feel. Has everything you need including a wonderful private hot tub! Great location! Owner and management staff were extremely kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great place for our family ski trip. Lots of space, beds comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back this summer. Close to town for stores and restaurants . Denos and Hernando’s our favorites. Snowed 36” while there. Great hills outside cabin for sledding. Then hot tub was perfect way to end to night. Thank you for sharing your place.

Great Place Close to Town

Everything with the house and the stay was either as expected or better. The place was well laid out for the six of us and super close to Winter Park without being in a large condo complex. Could drive to the resort in a few minutes or walk to the shuttle stop at the bottom of the hill. The garage, ability to park 3 cars easily, hot tub, and fireplace were all exactly what we had wanted. Nice view of WP from the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again.

Great property in great location

This condo was perfect for our 2-night stay in Winter Park. The listing and description were spot on and the check-in process was smooth - the owner contacted us the morning of our stay to ensure we knew where to contact them if we encountered any challenges, and the Evolve team maintained regular communication up to the time of our stay. Snacks and other non-perishable food items were also available to us as needed, and the hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. Winter Park, Fraser, and grocery shopping were all nearby and easily accessible.

Beautiful unit and location

Thank you for sharing your unit. When we arrived the unit was very clean, fully supplied with kitchen utensils, bedding and towels and it felt very welcoming. The location is perfect as we were a few sort minutes from Winter Park, Fraser, a day of flyfishing or a long days hike. Very quiet and beautiful scenes off the deck. We are definitely coming back to Grand County and will try to reserve your unit again and again and…

Highly recommend

This house is perfect for families with kids or a couple small families! The second living space and bedroom with bunk bed and trundle were a hit with our kids. The king and queen beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook and entertain all week. The large hot tub has a beautiful view in both sun and snow. Erik made early check in easy and was always quick to respond. We will absolutely return to this house when we come back to Fraser!

Wonderful place!

My wife and I booked this place relatively last minute to get away for our anniversary. The place was fantastic! Easy to find, centrally located in Winter Park and Fraser, and still has a good view despite the deck facing Southeast. The home has integrated speakers throughout so you can play your music while lounging by the fireplace. The hot tub was awesome, also has built-in Bluetooth speakers to play music while you relax. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed was super comfy! My wife and I are avid travelers and exclusively stay in Vacation Rentals and this was one of our best experiences. We will be back, hopefully, sooner rather than later!

Great Colorado Condo!

The property in Rendezvous is really nice! Lots of rooms and a pretty fall view out the back. The area had a ton of fall color which we loved. We even had a big bull moose wander through behind us. The huge hot tub was great for five adults. Plenty of cookware and dishes. Maybe add a couple of plastic pitchers with lids for drinks, but otherwise fully stocked with great quality items. Just a few cleaning details to check - mirrors were streaked and the shower head in the master bathroom needs replaced. Overall an excellent spot for a relaxing and peaceful weekend! We would definitely stay again!
