Centrally Located Cozy Townhome in Fraser

This two-story, two-bedroom end unit is the perfect place for a ski vacation or summer retreat. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and adjacent open space from the windows and deck. Close to ski shuttle, grocery, and restaurants. Relax and enjoy!

This is a two-story townhome end unit with open space all around and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It's a short walk across the highway to Safeway. An even shorter walk to the shuttle stop (seasonal) takes you to Winter Park town and Ski Resort. There is plenty of room for one or two couples or families. Each room has a bunk bed and a full or queen bed so that a family of four could stay in each room. The kitchen is large and well stocked, there is plenty of seating for meals, and a nice deck with patio furniture.

Great Location

The location of this unit was great. Very easy check-in and checkout rules. Some of the furniture was a little "fragile" so be careful, but beds were comfy.
