Located minutes from Winter Park and the ski resorts on 3/4 acre, with breathtaking views of 13,000 ft Byers peak. This Custom home was built for hosting groups and families. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths on 3 levels. It has 2 separate living areas so you can play games in one and enjoy a movie/music/conversation in another. Enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck while watching the sun set over the mountain peaks, then crank up the fire pit for a cozy fireside gathering.

Take advantage of the fully-equipped media, audio center. Enjoy free WiFi. The kitchen also has everything you need to prepare that feast for your family and friends, with plenty of seating at the dining table, which expands to seat 10, while others sit at the kitchen bar.

Walk 50 feet beyond the driveway to catch the free shuttle to the town of Winter Park as well as the ski resorts. There is plenty of off-street parking in the large horseshoe driveway.

The surrounding area is a true Colorado gem, with over 600 miles of the best mountain biking and hiking trails. Walk to the fly fishing haven of the Fraser river or fish the headwaters of the Colorado River, just 25 miles away. Enjoy some of the country's most spectacular and challenging mountain golf courses. The winter is host to award-winning skiing and snow boarding at Mary Jane and Winter Park Resorts. The two areas spread across 5 mountains and 3,078 acres with 3,060 ft of vertical and an impressive 30 ft of snow per year. You can find terrain for everyone from the beginner to the most experienced adrenaline junky. Explore thousands of miles of snowmobile trails or make your own tracks in wide-open powder fields. You may choose from more exotic winter activities such as dog sledding and horse-drawn sleigh rides, to a tranquil, relaxing spa visit at Devil's Thumb Resort. Nice big place with a mudroom for all the ski stuff, kitchen to accommodate a big group, comfortable living room with nice speaker/TV system and good comfortable beds. Nice for the kids to have their own living room in the basement. Close to grocery and all the amenities in town with a short drive to Winter Park!

The Check-In was so easy, the house fit our party of 13 perfectly. We enjoyed the entire week hiking, visiting RMNP, playing card games in the eves after delicious homemade dinners, & finished with smores around the fire pit on the back deck. Beds were comfy and we never ran out of hot water once! Mark, our host was amazing and had impeccable communication! We loved our stay!

This house very comfortably accommodated our family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children. We were so appreciative to be able to get in 2 hours early. The dishes, glasses and silverware were in excellent shape and plenty of all. My only recommendation would be some better pans for cooking. Would definitely choose this house if we are ever in the area.

Snowy family getaway

House is beautiful and large enough so our family had room to spread out. Back yard was perfect for the kids to have snowball fights, build snow men and forts! Close to supermarket and tubing. Would stay again!

Christmas family holiday

Great accommodation for a large group with small children. Enough beds for all adults. Place was clean and decorated. Only issue was the door lock but we had a great quick response from the owners to help us. Definitely would come again.

Blender was missing parts and could not be used. Not a very well stocked kitchen. Nice dishes and plenty of them. One roll of paper towels would have been helpful until we could get to the store. We did lots of dishes so more kitchen towels would have helped. A little weed whacking would have made sitting outside more pleasant. Convience to town was great. It’s a nice house that just needs a little love.

Perfect!

This property is perfectly set up for a larger family or group. Lots of beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen is fully set up for family style dining. The location is quiet, and close to the action ... with a grocery store just down the hill, and Winter Park just down the road. There is great hiking close, and lots of fishing opportunities on the various creeks and rivers. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to see how clean the house was, and set up perfectly for our stay. Mark was great to deal with! We would definitely book this property again!

Family gathering

This was the second time our family has rented this property. We come from different parts of the country and this is a perfect place for us to be together. We love the 5 bedrooms and no bunk beds, as we are adults except for one child. The big kitchen table for 10 along with an open kitchen and living area are perfect for a large group. There are Mountain View’s from every window and door. We will be back again as we love this area and this perfect home! The owner communicates really well also.

Spacious House for Multiple Families

Rooms are all great sizes and big living room area with a big TV making things super easy for family with kids. The entry way has a great mud room area which makes it super easy to keep the snow from getting in. We had a great time stay here and would definitely consider staying again.

great location, in between Winter Park and Grandby Ranch yet felt like we were in nature. Accommodations were great given the price ( much lower in price than other houses). All nine of us really liked the place including the 5 teenagers with us

Great weekend stay

Spacious and well-furnished. The house was located in a great spot- very easy to get to Winter Park for skiing and close to several nice dining spots. Family remarked several times how nice the house was. We especially enjoyed the living area and fireplace every evening. Would recommend 10/10.

Christmas ski trip

We traveled to be close to family and friends and to enjoy a white Christmas and of course some good skiing/snow boarding. The house was perfect! The room and bathroom layout was great for our group and it was fun to be able to include our pup. The house included everything we needed in the kitchen and provided plenty of towels and soaps for the bathrooms. It was even decorated for Christmas - what a treat!! The neighborhood was lovely - our pup loved his walk in the snow. We enjoyed the proximity to everything and how easy it was to get to Winter Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!
