Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Surround yourself with style and comfort in this contemporary space Wi-Fi and free parking included. This unit is on the second floor of the building. We offer every amenity you would need for a very comfortable stay, whether it’s for a couple nights or a long-term. Conveniently located right off I 75. We are a 10 minute walk to Jd Legends, and Walmart sits directly behind the building. Plenty of restaurants, and entertainment venues within 1 mile
Visitors only with host approval. Any damages or missing things will result in necessary charges. Door keys or remotes missing $250 incidental charge. Quite time in the building is 10pm! Violation of any rules can result in termination of the reservation with no refund and/or additional charges. Smoking is allowed on the patio please dispose properly. $250 smoking fee if you smoke in unit. Don’t worry, the cleaning company will clean after you leave and take out your garbage! We just ask that you start a load of towels in the washer for sanitary reasons.

Very comfortable stay

Having never stayed at a VRBO, we were impressed by our first stay. Everything was as advertised on VRBO. The apartment was very clean. We did have a coffee pot problem. Our host Adrianah was very quick to respond, and we had a replacement coffee pot that same day. The only thing I would update in the apartment is the couch. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. Nice area with plenty of restaurants.
