The hotel was very nice and all the staff were courteous and helpful as well as very helpful. We did notice that a staff member kept her coat and scarf on while she made our drinks and also sat on the counter after she finished, where the other stuff person had prepared our bagels. It was a lovely bar and bistro area, but outside clothing didn't seem appropriate to us.

The gentleman who checked us in was fair; the female who answered questions later was very congenial. The restaurant left something to be desired - no one explained that you had to find the person and go to the counter to order your food - more like a cafeteria than a restaurant.
