OK stay

The stay was a little disappointing. Our bed had some "Low" spots in it. There was a dog in the next room that would bark every so often. And my Wife had found Ants in the Bathroom the day that we were checking out. The Low spots in the bed was a bit annoying, but not the end of the world. The Dog was also a little annoying, but the barks were not very loud and did NOT last through the night. I did not have a chance to tell the staf abput the ants as we needed to leave fairly early.

Oneonta Super 8 Quality Declining Rapidly

Several guests tended to hang out outside the hotel doors on their phones. It's disconcerting, especially in the evening, to have people seem to be loitering outside the hotel. Also, my hotel bathroom had hair on the floor when I arrived. It was the evening, and there was only the desk manager on staff. I cleaned it myself rather than call the desk manager. The bathroom also was VERY dated and had cracks in the paint, broken ceiling tiles, and the bathtub needs to be caulked. I used to stay here on a regular basis, bu I definitely won't stay there again when I visit Oneonta.

The property is hard to locate entrance at first and unmarked lobby. Set up is awkward with lobby looking like just a outsode door entrance. Room had no trash bags in cans, the bathroom light would shut off on its own, and the heater/ac has poor regulation.
