It’s a nice enough airport hotel. But beware when you count on the airport shuttle. The shuttle is too small. You may not make it in, coming or going. Returning to the airport they called us a taxi. Going to the hotel a lot of people didn’t fit in and had to wait or pay for taxi. It’s really not good. And another problem: there are several nh hotels with different shuttles. Make sure you take the correct one! They don’t mention that in their messages. In the onslaught on the bus this is a problem. Our a/c in the room didn’t work.

Good to stay for next early morning flight

Best part of this hotel is close to the airport and shuttle bus is available every half an hour. It was nice of them to send me the instructions how to get to the hotel in advance. Shuttle bus is crowded but its bus driver was very nice to organized and received very good service from him. If they provided a bottle of mineral water or filtered water rather than tap water, it could have been better. Thank you!

Clean, modern option only minutes from the airport

Conveniently located only minutes from the airport the hotel was modern and clean with well appointed comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant and bar. Free shuttle pick up at the airport was convenient too - runs every 30 minutes.

The lobby and amenities were a bit run down and dusty, making it seem a bit dismal. The restaurant menu was limited. Walked through the workout area downstairs, which felt a bit creepy and isolated, and the shower tile didn't appear clean (big black area on floor). The coffee maker in my room was broken and I was unable to get a TV signal. I actually have a high tolerance for surroundings, but so many things weren't working that it became comical to me. (a staff member tried to help me with the coffeemaker and we had a laugh). My favorite thing, though, was the self-service snack and drink area in the lobby. Got a cold beer and chips to go with the tomato soup I bought in the restaurant to take to my room (soup was tasty). The shuttle to and from airport was very helpful and available.

Very basic accommodations (cheap too) Parking garage is TERRIBLE. So narrow that my big SUV got stuck! Tires/rims scratched. No warning that the entrance is very tight. High cement curb. Upon departure I asked for help and explained the problem last night with the garage. three less than friendly (I was the only client at the counter) refused to help and were not friendly. NH. Never again!
