This is just a good hotel. No frills, but that means nothing not needed. Everything you look for is there. The staff at reception and at breakfast are better than most staffs. I've been here twice, and when I'm back to Darmstadt, there will be a third time.

Great choice for business or pleasure! Close walking distance to the main train station. Excellent service, very clean room (smallerish, but just fine) great breakfast for $10 more. Perfect!!

Also hotel war alles bestens aber eine Sache muss ich klar und deutlich sagen.was die Zimmermädchen gemacht hat dss vergesse ich niemals. Wir waren tief in schlaf und Zimmermädchen kommt rein zu unsere zimmer . Sie hat uns gesehen und wieder raus gegangen. Das war echt sehr unhöflich .

Personale assolutamente maleducato

Personale assolutamente inadeguato e maleducato. Accoglienza pessima. Stamattina non ho potuto fare colazione e sono stata cacciata in malo modo dalla receptionist con i capelli lunghi scuri, perchè non avevo pagato la colazione ieri, mentre il suo collega presente ieri mi ha detto che sarebbe stato possibile (per motivi di lavoro avevo bisogno che la ricevuta avesse la data coerente con la colazione). Idem con la mia collega, che ha pagato 15 euro per il check-in anticipato e poi la camera non era pronta. Assolutamente da evitare, dovrebbero imparare a non trattare così i clienti. Andate altrove!
