Nice and quiet.

Clean room, it took longer than usual to fill the hot tub up in the room. But everything worked. The TV in the living room played sound, but had a black screen. So that was useless. Tv in the bedroom worked. The window opens up with a screen but it was difficult to close, it was in disrepair. Great customer service. Breakfast could use improvements like refilling at least once, all that was left were scrambled eggs that needed to be scraped off the bottom of the pan and some cold pancakes they had cereal, but that’s not breakfast. It was a nice place to stay nice and quiet.

Breakfast wasn’t ready until 7:00. I couldn’t get extra coffee for my room. When we were packing up the truck to leave, our key stopped working at the entrance door. The kitchen had falling ceiling tiles and water leaking from the ceiling while I was trying to get me breakfast. The front staff didn’t speak very good English and were hard to understand.

Disappointing

Expedia said our room had a pull-out couch. It didn't, so we had to move rooms. They were nice about it and accommodated. - When we first got to our new room, the door was wide open...weird. - The room was hot. It was hard to cool it down. The fan-only option on the heater was broke. We had to go buy a fan at Walmart just so we could sleep. Opened a window, but couldn't get it back in because it was broke. - Beds were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE, but the pillow cases were missing. Ewe. Also, the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on...exposing the bare mattress--weird. - Many of the outlets did not work or were loose. - Pullout couch was rock hard. Ended up not using it. - Coffee was EXTRA WEAK in both the lobby and the breakfast nook. - Breakfast was a disappointment. :/ Will not return.

It was like a maze to find our room. The breakfast had almost no options at 8:00 a.m. The breakfast sausage looked as if it had been sitting there for awhile. The hotel had a heavy scent throughout.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The only problem that I found was the cleanliness of the room the sheets looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Also, there was still hair left from previous guests left on the floor. Customer Service was excellent though.
