Holiday home located near the city centre comprising entrance hall, living room, kitchen/veranda, 3 bedrooms, shower room-WC. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker... Bedding: 2 single beds, 2 double beds. Leisure facilities: TV, radio, garden furniture, barbecue. Baby equipment. Shaded courtyard. Surface area: 77 m². NEARBY: In a quiet area 200 m from the city centre. South Beach 600 m away. Grande Plage or North Beach 700 m away. Bus station 800 m away and SNCF train station 6.3 km away, Rochefort thermal baths 15 min away. TO BE PAID on arrival: €500 security deposit for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
