Muito bom para quem quer curtir a praia do Futuro.

Trata-se de um apart em um condomínio. Gostei do quarto confortável e moderno, com vários utensílios necessários para fazer as refeições no próprio local (exceção para o liquidificador que não funcionava). A localização em função da praia é excelente. No entanto, se a pessoa estiver sem carro, o local é um pouco distante de padarias e super-mercados. Por ser na época do carnaval o condomínio estava bem cheio e com isso o uso da piscina e sauna foi um pouco complicado. O proprietário foi bastante atencioso e mantinha contato através do WhatsApp.
