The beach area is gorgeous and great for walking and swimming. The hotel’s pool area is wonderful. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, look for a hotel away from the beach. This hotel faces very busy beach bars that play loud music until very late at night. They will keep you from sleeping if you try to go to be before midnight or so.

The property is in a need of better maintenance. During our stay they were not able to have the 2 elevators running at the same time. My nephew is in wheel chair and it was a challenge. Staff helped but much better have everything running well.

No geral bom, tem pontos positivos e negativos. Positivos: localização top em frente a orla de Meireles, tem tudo perto; café da manha sensacional; quarto espaçoso mais eu peguei uma categoria melhor com varanda, o standard achei bem escuro e fechado; atendimento super cordial e gentil (ganhei um bolo de aniversário no quarto). Negativos: tem garagem e é cobrada a parte, o que nao é avisado na reserva pelo Hotel.com e achei super caro (R$70,00 por dia a garagem); tem mofo nos quartos, nao é visivel, mas como sou super alérgica sinto o cheiro de longe e percebi assim q entrei no quarto. Eu pedi pra trocar de quarto mas o Hotel estava cheio e nao deu; mas gentilmente a recepcionista disse que iria pedir uma nova limpeza e eles colocaram no nossi quarto um aparelho grande de filtro Hepa e ajudou bastante na minha alergia (ponto negativo pleo mofo e positivo pela atencao e filtro hepa). Nao me hospedaria novame te pelo mofo e pela cobranca da garagem, acho um absurdo num hotel 4/5 estrelas.

Bonjour globalement hôtel accueillant d'une manière générale, petite remarque les chambres ne sont pas nettoyer profondeur tous les jours et la piscine n'est pas forcément toujours super propre.
