Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: BRL 40.00 per accommodation, per day
• Cleaning deposit: BRL 180.00 per stay
• Cleaning fee: BRL 190 per accommodation, per stay
• A damage deposit of BRL 600 will be collected before check-in.

If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required.
