Tucked behind a 1924 home and completely reimagined, this private guesthouse sits in one of Fort Worth’s most connected neighborhoods, near TCU, Dickies Arena, the Cultural District, South Main, and Magnolia Avenue. Most guests book it for the location. They remember it for the way it feels.

Start your morning with coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool. Spend the afternoon lounging by the water, playing cornhole, or practicing on the 3-hole putting green. End the night in the hot tub or watching a movie outside beneath the string lights, with the illuminated pool and colorful custom mural setting the scene.

It is calm.
It is easy.
And it is designed to be stayed in, not rushed through.

INSIDE THE STUDIO

The open-concept layout is efficient, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.

Permanent sleeping arrangements include:

One king bed for 2 guests
One queen sleeper sofa for 2 guests
One twin bed for 1 guest

These standard sleeping surfaces accommodate up to 5 guests.

For groups of up to 7, the studio also provides one 6-inch tri-fold foam floor mattress designed to sleep 2 additional guests. This is a supplemental, floor-level sleeping surface that unfolds in the open living area. It is not a permanent bed or separate bedroom, and available floor space is reduced while it is in use.

The studio is best suited to guests who are comfortable sharing an open sleeping environment. Groups using every sleeping surface should expect a cozier experience than couples or smaller groups.

A full kitchen, dining space, and large sectional connect naturally, creating an easy flow for relaxing, cooking, and spending time together.

The coffee bar is fully equipped with a French press, pour-over, grinder, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and kettle. High-speed Wi-Fi reaches throughout the guesthouse and outdoor areas.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The backyard is the heart of The Style Studio.

A resort-style pool with a waterfall and tanning deck anchors the space, surrounded by turf, five pool loungers, umbrellas, and multiple places to relax. The hot tub, fire pit, covered dining area, propane grill, and permanent outdoor movie screen extend the experience from day into night.

The outdoor area also includes a 3-hole putting green, cornhole, a 6-foot privacy fence along the driveway, and a custom Fort Worth-inspired mural that gives the backyard its own personality.

For a Fort Worth vacation rental of this size, the outdoor setup is uncommon. It feels intimate, playful, and resort-like without losing the character of the surrounding neighborhood.

PRIVACY AND PROPERTY SETTING

Guests have the entire guesthouse and a private entrance. The Style Studio is located behind a 1924 main residence, so it should not be considered secluded or isolated from the rest of the residential property.

Access to the guesthouse requires stairs. Please consider this before booking if anyone in your group has limited mobility.

LOCATION

The Style Studio sits in one of Fort Worth’s most connected neighborhoods, close to Magnolia Avenue, South Main, TCU, and the Cultural District.

TCU is approximately 6–8 minutes away. Dickies Arena and the Cultural District are approximately 10–12 minutes away. The Fort Worth Zoo is approximately 7–9 minutes away, and the Stockyards are generally 15–18 minutes away. DFW International Airport is typically 30–40 minutes away.

Coffee shops, brunch spots, wine bars, locally owned restaurants, shopping, and many Fort Worth favorites are within easy reach.

GOOD TO KNOW

Maximum occupancy is 7 registered guests, including children and visitors.

The Style Studio is designed for couples, families, TCU visitors, wedding guests, girls’ weekends, and other respectful small groups. It is not suitable for parties, events, local gatherings, or unapproved visitors.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM.

The property is smoke-free and drug-free indoors and outdoors, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Pets are not permitted.

The primary renter must be at least 24 years old, with no exceptions.

To finalize your reservation, a rental agreement must be signed and a refundable security hold is required before arrival. The security hold is not a charge. It is released after checkout, subject to normal processor timing, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violation.
