Clean room check in was good I told the man when we checked in we were going to leave a day early because of the ice storm coming he said that was fine just be sure to check out I said ok but when we checked out the woman said she wouldn’t refund us she didn’t have my credit card information really he took it when I checked in so I had to call Expedia to help me get a refund this ice storm was a national emergency and she should have automatically given us a refund makes me rethink staying there again

While I feel it was over priced because of a football game, it was the best hotel experience we’ve had in Fort Worth in a long time. Room was very nice, and the items offered in room was surprising and nice.

It was quiet clean and the staff was very courteous. I needed a staycation and I was able to unwind read my bible and enjoy praise on my bluetooth. Handicap room, easy for me to set up seat in tub. For my first time at a Hikton property I was truly impressed with this location. Also to price was pretty awesome as well!!
