No coffee in the room, pillows with no cases

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast, poor service from staff, staff acts as though they weren't at work
Each time we went to the front desk, we had to ring a bell to be served...even though there is a loud front door chime. We stayed 2 nights...no coffee in the room...no coffee in the hotel service area until after 8am, even though they said it would be there at 6:30am. There were no cases on the pillows. When the employee brought the cases to the room, he just walked into the room without knocking.
