Thank your for your feedback. We can only give you what you booked. As we confirm your reservation is for two Queen bed smoking and also it is listed on website for damage deposit. Hotel can’t just charge if it’s not listed. Deposit apply to every room regardless of your are 18 or 80. Thank you for your feedback.
