Was not at all like photos on line. They put a picture on line of renovated room but they are not. Hard to understand their broken English accent. Rooms were in very very bad condition and not at all like on line photos. Was not offered a different room. Mold yellow stained towels,outside door would not completely seal and close. Desk chair was actually shredded. Towels stuffed in drains. Rust everywhere including outside ice machines. Lobby restroom has “out of order” sign but when asked while waiting to check in they gave key and said it’s ok. We took a lot of pictures we asked to be refunded since fraudulently advertised, They would not. Did not stay and started a dispute with our Credit Card company. Manager was rude and told us we were lucky when we happened to follow to room for his “inspection” of room to get our damages deposit back because some property managers are “packing” what is that? Do not fall for their “we have or are renovating” the only renovation we seen was resurfacing part of bad parking lot that kept you from parking at your room or anywhere on that side of hotel. I really don’t know where they get any favorable reviews unless fabricated. There was hardly anyone staying there. Don’t do it!

We stay here about every 3-4 months when we visit our granddaughter! We changed once, never again. Always clean, staff is friendly and we have never had an issue! Guy checked us in this time, what a great welcoming person he is, keep that man!
