Upon arriving at this well-appointed, Gulf-front condo, you are mere steps from sinking your toes into the soft, powdery sand of the gorgeous Fort Walton beaches on Okaloosa Island. Open the custom-designed, sliding privacy drapes to let the sun flood this bright, ground floor unit. Step out the doors in the living room onto your private patio leading directly to the pool, parking area, shuffleboard court and beach. There is even a partial view of the gorgeous dunes from the Master bedroom window. We provide beach service with this unit from March to October so you can enjoy the luxury of two of your own private beach chairs and an umbrella.

The open floor plan in the living area is perfect for the whole family and since the unit is on the ground floor with no stairs, it provides an easy entry. There's a comfortable, ergonomically designed recliner for kicking back and listening the sounds of the surf just beyond your patio, or catching the "big game" on the large wall-mounted flat screen television. Prepare fresh local seafood in the updated kitchen with coastal-style cabinetry, granite countertops and wrap-around serving/breakfast bar. The dining table comfortably seats six, with room for two more at the bar.

Rest easy in either the king bed in the Master bedroom, or one of the full over full bunk bed in the second bedroom, both with flat screen televisions and DVD players. So the kids can watch a movie while the adults are enjoying indoor-outdoor entertaining. The two bathrooms include marble vanities and new light fixtures and cabinets. The master bath features a marble lined walk-in shower, while the second bath has a marble shower with enclosed tub.

There is a comfortable flow to this spacious unit with tile floors, so everyone has room to chill out, stretch out, and enjoy your beach vacation. The in-unit washer/dryer ensures that you can travel home with clean clothes–no lengthy vacation laundry upon returning home. But we warn you–it's hard to leave this place!

This 7-story condo complex comes packed with community amenities including a gorgeous beachfront, seasonally heated pool with spacious deck, lighted tennis courts, grill area, shuffleboard and meeting room (rentable for additional fee). And of course—the emerald waters and shimmering sands of the Gulf of Mexico are your backyard!

The Fort Walton Downtown Business and Entertainment District offers shopping, dining, arts, nightlife and year-round events at the lovely waterfront park, adjacent to the main streets of town. Watch the Dolphin and Sea Lion shows at the Gulfarium. Explore the Indian Temple Mound Museum in the heart of historic downtown Fort Walton Beach. Catch dinner or breathtaking sunsets from the Okaloosa Island Pier, stretching 1262 feet into the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico–no fishing license required! Or relax with wood-fired steaks and seafood at the beachfront Black Pearl Restaurant.

Want to explore the area? Take a short day trip to nearby Pensacola and tour the National Naval Aviation Museum. And if aviation and the military peaks your interest, check out the Air Force Armament Museum at Eglin Air Force Base.
