Great place, but we had water issues with the unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely love Okaloosa Island and this unit, but we experienced water issues with the shower. The HOA had to shut down our water 3 different times on our vacation. We were told it would be between 12-2, the times definitely ran over. It was a big inconvenience to our group, my wife ended up going to a friends unit to shower. Overall I absolutely love the unit and I understand sometimes issues happen, but it definitely inconvenience us on our vacation

Beautiful condo with spectacular view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes 617. This is a top floor, end unit-so you only have one shared wall and no one above you. The view from this room is breathtaking…All the furniture was updated and the decor was really refreshing. Nice, big rooms with plenty of space. We loved the huge TV’s in each room…my kids could each pick one and there was no fighting over what to watch-so nice! Appliances are nice and updated. Only thing I noticed (not a huge deal at all), but the dryer seemed to take much longer to dry any laundry that we did. Maybe it needs a tune up or the heating element is beginning to go out, not sure. That was the only issue we had….and it wasn’t a huge deal, because it still worked, just took several rounds to get the clothes dry. We absolutely loved our stay in this condo and definitely plan on booking again in the future. I already miss waking up to those views! Thank you for providing us with such an awesome stay!

It was clean, safe and had enough rooms and space for our family, it offered so many good alternatives for staying inside while there was a tropical storm going on outside.
