We stayed here as a family with our toddler and had a great experience. The two-bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable. While the pool and amenities are a short walk from the villa, the splash pad, lazy river, and grotto-style waterfall made it worth it—perfect for young kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there was even a fun family party with music during our stay. Just note they have a strict towel and key card policy—be sure to return both to avoid extra charges. There’s also a bar and Tiki Rentals on-site. Overall, a great family-friendly place that pleasantly surprised us.

The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. This is my third visit, and I always leave feeling relaxed, except for the beach, which I haven't been able to see yet. It's a bit difficult to make a reservation. When you're a group, there should be more capacity. The hotel is very nice, but it doesn't have a beach. Previously, you could spend a day at the other nearby hotel; they no longer allow it, unless you pay. It's changed a bit; everything else is excellent.

A relaxing place to stay with your family. Staff are super nice especially Sandy she is sweet, super patient and helpful. The food is great and acceptable price. Room is comfortable and spacious. Me and my family had a great time. Definitely going back.
