GARBAGE: for long stays, garbage/recycling pick-up is Wednesday morning. Bins are located just inside the fenced-in gates facing the street on either side of the house. They can be left on the street on Tuesday night.

SMOKING: allowed outside. Ash trays located on back patio.

Lazy vacay in Fort Myers

The stay was so relaxing and Nic was very helpful and available. The last day, we were scheduled to leave but I had misread the dates and we went out shelling instead of packing/leaving. I Nic got in contact with us and was able to get the cleaning crew to hold off on leaving so we could rush back and pack the car instead of putting it outside where people could take it. We were so worried and embarrassed but Nic was very reassuring and helpful, and boy are we grateful! I definitely recommend this place (and double checking your dates when the time gets closer)!

Great stay

Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom/1 bathroom place in Fort Myers! Beds very comfortable with firm mattresses and pillows. Appliances seemed very new and a/c works very well.
