Awesome Stay

The only thing we had an issue with was the height of the shower head in both bathrooms. I’m 6’3 and my father is 6’1 and we both agreed that we were having to squat down a good bit to be able to wet our heads lol. Other than that, the property is very nice and the host is great as well.

Comfy and cozy

This home is very clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable not too firm not too soft, but just right. There was plenty of room for eight of us to stay together for a long weekend away from the daily grind. The host was in touch with us and made sure we were taken care of. We would highly recommend this home to anyone without hesitation.

Quiet Get Away

Three friends joined me for a christian conference at MorningStar Fellowship Church. The church was only a ten minute drive away. This little gem of a place was a quiet place for us the rest after a very busy day. The house was clean. The beds were comfrontable. Two of the ladies enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard one of the afternoons when we had a extra time to rest at the house. The color scheme of the house was lovely. The kitchen was just the right size. We enjoyed the gift basket and fresh cut flowers that awaited us on our arrival. We will stay here again on our next trip to MorningStar Church!

The property it self was nice. Very organized n clean. The neighborhood was kinda questionable. But ended up working well for us. The driveway was steep n we made it work. Thanks Courtney.

Clean, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and comfortable living room. Short distance to Main Street, local parks and restaurants. Ample towels, blankets and various amenities. Quick and efficient communication with owner. Thank you!

Nice bungalow!!

Our recent stay was very pleasant. Courtney was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The bungalow was very clean and homey and our kids settled in nicely picking their rooms as soon as we walked in the door!! It felt like home away from home even though we were displaced due to a water leak in our own home. Courtney takes pride in her property and it most definitely shows!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay. You will not be disappointed!!

Great house in a convenient location

The house has a ton of room and plenty of sleeping space for a large family. Amenities that we appreciated were the large backyard, washer and dryer, and off street parking.There are many options within walking distance (1 mi) including CVS, WalMart, a large park, a coffee shop, a donut shop, and all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Fort Mill.Courtney was a very responsive and incredibly thoughtful host. We would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks again.

A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Home!

We had an absolutely perfect experience staying at this VRBO property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could need. They even set up a Christmas tree for us!!! What a pleasant surprise! From the comfortable beds to the welcome gift basket, every detail was thoughtfully considered to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free.The outdoor space was a highlight— it had plenty of room for our dogs to run and play. It was wonderful to have such a pet-friendly setup that made our furry companions feel right at home.While the location might not be ideal for many, we understand that this is beyond the host's control and didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the house itself. For anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained place to stay, this property is an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

Birthday trip to Carowinds

We took our 16 year old, two of her friends, our 14 and 8 year old to Winterfest at Carowinds as a belated birthday outing for our 16 year old. The host was so sweet and left her a basket of goodies for her birthday. We found the Bungalow to be cozy, clean and super convenient. We had breakfast at the Poppyseed Kitchen which was delicious and right around the corner. Plenty of other shops and restaurants located close by, as well. Very quiet area, in general. Loved the front porch for sitting and sipping a glass of wine. Highly recommend!

Charming bungalow

Our host(ess) Courtney was truly superb, great communication and helpful with every request. The property is charming, clean and cozy with serene decor and cute original art in every room. The location is tucked away with easy access to quaint old Fort Mill and major roads to other areas we needed to visit during our family gathering. Courtney accurately describes the neighborhood in her listing but we had no issues at all with this working class area, and found the value for price charged to be excellent. We were very happy with this choice!

Conveniently Located Cutie

What a cute house! Conveniently located close to downtown and restaurants (give Poppyseed Kitchen a try). The house was spotless and well stocked with everything that we needed. There was even firewood for the fire pit. The fenced backward was quiet and private. The house was quite welcoming with a basket of goodies, fresh flowers, an assortment of coffee and a fridge stocked with water. The host was very responsive and checked to make sure there were no issues. The neighborhood was just as described but we had no issues with any of the neighbors and never felt unsafe. We will definitely stay there again.

Spring Baseball

This bungalow was squeaky clean, beautifully decorated, and lacking for nothing that we needed for our comfort and convenience. Little extras included water bottles in the fridge, a basket containing coffee, donettes , chocolate and a candle. The enclosed yard was perfect for the dog.

Cute, quaint and clean!

Sweet house with everything we needed. Updated kitchen, completely furnished. A goodie basket and delicious flavored coffee was an added treat! Courtney was a gracious host who went above and beyond to respond to any questions. Loved that there was a Christmas tree still up to ring in the new year. Would definitely stay here again!

Courtney is the best host ever

This is a cute house in a not-so-cute neighborhood. Signs of gentrification, but it's still some time before it hits this street. Courtney has painted and furnished this house stylishly and has great taste. There are a few improvements the house still needs (master bath shower for one) but if you are staying a short time they are not deal breakers. Check in and out were a breeze, and Courtney touched base each day to see if we needed anything. Nice touches like coffee and cookies. Beds were reasonably comfortable, and thank heaven for a host who recognizes the importance of good pillows! I recommend.

Great location- easy access to everything. The host is wonderful and very easy to work with. I'm glad I read the other reviews about the neighborhood prior to booking because I was prepared- had no issues with neighbors, they waved back when we waved, and I'm sure they're lovely people.

Ft Mill bungalow

We were welcomed with fresh sunflowers, coffee, cookies and chocolate. The house was well stocked with kitchen essentials including K cups and creamer. The house was super clean and comfortable. Our fur babies loved the backyard! The location was very convenient for our weekend plans. The neighborhood was definitely not upscale and we knew that from the listing. I felt very safe staying there. Would definitely recommend.

Golf getaway

Our stay was seamless. Courtney stayed in touch every step of the way. She even went out of her way to find and deliver firewood to the house. House was very clean and comfortable. We used the fire pit and Adirondack chairs 3 out of the 4 nights and loved every minute of being outdoors enjoying a fire.
