"Small room. Sparse. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. No one was there, front door locked until after 4:00pm. Note on door sent us to a restaurant where they were no help, just wanted us to eat! Way too many other-seemingly nicer-hotels in the area….skip this one!!"

"We booked 3 rooms and two had no air conditioning working. Reported the fault, a man arrived, shook his head, said sorry and left. Never saw or heard of anyone again. Not bothered that it was 30 degrees in our room. Two of our three couples spend a very very uncomfortable 2 nights, one couple even had a baby with them. Nobody offered fans etc we had to eventually ask for one on the second afternoon but only the one was available for the two rooms. Would have expected some kind of apology at checkout or maybe a discount on what we thought was a very average breakfast for 19 euros each. Beautiful hotel but the discomfort stung a bit so would have to think before staying again."
