The Space: Coastal charm meets modern luxury at this exquisite Folly Beach home! After a drive down Folly Beach’s scenic and bustling main road, you will find yourself at this swoon-worthy oasis near the end of the beach. This property takes much of its design inspiration from the natural beauty of the area while also providing luxurious amenities, features, and appliances. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation rental close to the beach or a quiet home base for a group retreat, you’re sure to love this unique home.

Like many others in the Folly Beach area, this home features an elevated design with the main level raised off the ground. This layout allows for covered parking on the ground level as well as extra parking space in the driveway. On the ground level behind the house you will find a quiet, semi private outdoor area with a direct pathway to the beach. After a short walk up the stairs, you will reach the second floor, which is the main level of the home. The white, rustic wood door will open to reveal vaulted ceilings, a double staircase, and a spacious open floor plan.

This floor features two living areas with ample seating, a large TV, and a dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. The kitchen is also located on this floor and features top notch appliances as well as bar seating for up to 5 guests. Beyond the living and dining areas, you will also find the laundry room and a full bathroom on this level. The dining area leads to windows and a sliding glass door with access to the second floor balcony and nearly panoramic views of the back yard and ocean.

The left side of the staircase leads up to the master suite, which makes up an entire wing of the home. Notable features of the master bedroom area include a TV, ceiling fan, closet, and sliding doors that provide access to the private third floor balcony with lounge chairs and a table for two. The ensuite bathroom provides everything you need for a beachside spa experience with a large vanity, garden bathtub, and a spacious walk-in shower with dual rainfall shower heads.

If you venture across the staircase to the right side of the home, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The first bedroom includes a queen size bed and features eclectic bohemian art and a TV. The second bedroom is adjacent to the first and also includes a queen size bed. This bedroom features a TV and a 3-drawer dresser for clothing storage. The shared bathroom is located at the end of the hallway and features a spacious walk-in shower. Guests staying in the third floor bedrooms also have the option to utilize the full bathroom on the second floor.

Other Notes: *PLEASE NOTE: TURTLE HATCHING SEASON is from May-October. Per Folly beach LAW, all outdoor lights visible from the beach must be turned off from DUSK until DAWN during these months. PLEASE ALSO close curtains and blinds after dusk as well to help comply with conservation efforts.

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
