Welcome to South Shore on Folly Beach! This awesome, oceanfront 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is ready to make your vacation dreams come true! This classic Folly Beach cottage has all the comforts of home and will provide life-long memories for you and your furry companions on Folly Beach.

Upon entering the home you will love the open floor plan with ocean views from the kitchen and living area. Kitchen has beautiful granite with stainless steel appliances and gourmet gas range. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items required to cook family meals. Separating the kitchen from the living area is a farm house style dining table with bench seating to allow the whole family to enjoy meals together. Living area features large flat screen TV, two couches and fantastic ocean views through the living room doors.

Home includes 4 bedrooms which all feature new bedding and flat screen TV's. Three of the four bedrooms have queen beds. The final bed room is perfect for the kids with two bunk beds encompassing a total of 4 twin beds. Bunk beds are built for kids and not suitable for large adults. The childs room connects to a Jack-n-Jill bath with a shower/tub combo, toilet and vanity. The second bathroom has a walk in shower.

Walking out of the oceanfront living room doors the screened in porch with dining set up is perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a meal while listening to the ocean waves. The porch continues outside of the screened in section and has lounge chairs that create s great spot for sunbathing or just relaxing under the stars. A private boardwalk leads from the deck down to the beach. Located on the East end of the island, the beach is rarely crowded and allows opportunity to see dolphins in the surf and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Outdoor shower underneath the house and along the boardwalk are great for rinsing off after a long day in the sun.

Parking in the driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, outdoor shower, gas grill, central heat and air conditioning. $250 VayK Gear beach gear credit included with reservations staying 3-14 nights.

Home is strictly non-smoking. Home is pet-friendly with paid fee of $150 per pet, plus tax, maximum 2 pets. Minimum age to rent is 25, no exceptions. Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding South Shore. We hope to see you on Folly very soon!

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

We had a lovely stay and truly enjoyed our vacation. The location is perfect, the house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The grill worked great.The hosts were very kind and communicative, and we really appreciated the early check-in. The credit provided was a nice bonus and allowed us to rent bicycles, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Just a couple of small things to keep in mind: there are bath towels but no beach towels (not an issue for us since we stayed in winter), and a few items like the beach chairs, outdoor hose, and living room sofa could benefit from some updates to make the experience even better.Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Family friendly spring break

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids very much enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront property. The house is well updated and had more than enough room for a group our size. The outdoor space is amazing and we very much enjoyed relaxing on the deck and walking the beach.

A birthday get away

What a wonderful stay in January for my notary! It was pet friendly so our girl could be with us! The house was very clean, easy check in, right on the beach, had everything we needed. It was just my husband and our dog, but had plenty of room for family or grounds to come to.

Nice quiet location with beautiful views of the beach. Could comfortably sleep 6 adults and 4 children but living areas would be a little tight. Had everything you would need but gas grill has seen better days, clean but so rusty couldn’t turn some of the knobs. Definitely would stay there again

Weekend Escape!

This cute 4 bedroom house was perfect for our long weekend escape with family and friends. Nothing beats being steps away from the sand and water. The view was spectacular and our stay was relaxing. I would definitely come back!

Relaxing Labor Day Weekend

Great location on Folly Beach -- the beachfront was wide open for us to sprawl out each day and enjoy the sun. Nice walk or short drive down to the pier (with much busier beach) and shops; convenient into Charleston as well. Home was everything we needed for a quick Labor Day getaway including getting in some holiday BBQ'ing. Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, there was room for 8 of us without a problem and 2 bunks too spare. Great location and the beach was not busy at all. The only reason for the 4 stars is because that there is a large bush at the end of the driveway that obscures oncoimg traffic and is actually dangerous trying to pull out due to the fact that the nose of the vechile is in traffic before you can see any oncoimng cars and forget about backing out unless you have a person waving you an "all clear" before backing out.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed a relaxing beach vacay! The beach was beautiful and seemed private! We enjoyed the ability to walk right out of the house to the ocean and not have to fight a crowd or “pick a spot” since this need of the island is less crowded! The kids enjoyed being able to run along the shore and jump the waves! We could not have been any happier!

Amazing ocean view

We loved being able to see so much of the ocean out the back windows. It was almost as if it was an extension of the living room. The screened porch, the large deck, and the convenience to the beach made this such a wonderful property to enjoy with our friends and family.

Great house. Perfect location.

This house was great. Updated and very clean. Loved walking in to music on. We had a girls weekend trip here and loved the open living space and the screened in porch and large deck. Only negative was a lack of storage in kitchen and bedrooms, but would still recommend and hope to come back some day.

We stayed here with another family and a total 4 kids and wow - what a great beach home! Everything is brand new granite counters, top of the line appliances and everything you need in the kitchen. Spent every evening chilling on the screened porch and the kids loved the direct beach access. Beds were very comfy with really nice sheets and plenty of towels as well. Cannot wait to visit again in warmer weather so we can really enjoy the beach life!!

Perfect getaway for our family of 6

We had an amazing time. The property is exactly as pictured. We had a family of six + two grandparents and it was perfect for us. With two children under 5, it was so easy to take them back up to the house while the rest of our group stayed on the beach. The beach was amazing. Quiet and beautiful. We went into town for dinner a few nights, and spent a day in Charleston. So thankful for the location and affordable price.

A Fantastic Beach Getaway!

Awesome 4 days at Folly Beach. House is recently renovated, and well designed for a few families or one big one. Great living space and screened in porch right on the beach. Water was fantastic and kept our girls (11/8) occupied for hours. Service was excellent and property very well maintained. Manager replied instantly with questions and was great to deal with. An excellent beach house!!

Nice house with beautiful ocean view.

House was clean and nicely decorated. Wonderful screened in patio and deck overlooking the ocean. The house was located a few miles from town so it was nice and quiet and private. Adding dressers and better beds (they were creaky and not very comfortable) to all the bedrooms would be a great upgrade.
