Great location

The location of this house can’t be beat! 2 min walk to downtown Folly. 2 min walk to the beach. Parking space right at the house so you don’t need to drive around looking for a spot. Coffee shop right at the end of the street. The house was clean and relaxing. Would totally go back. We had the best time.

Last minute trip to Folly beach a success! This rental is very clean, organized and in a great location 2 blocks from the beach also great food and nightlife also beach shops very close. I highly recommend this rental rather than a hotel room lugging your things maybe many floors up. 5 star!

Great location!

Would definitely recommend this property! Very clean and super convenient to everything. Couple minutes walk to the beach and to the restaurant area. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is to add some comfortable furniture in the living area.

Overall our stay was nice, accommodations and location were good. Two issues with our stay - we had an uninvited guest in our bed (1 1/4 in) cockroach on our last night. The other minor issue is with living room TV remote - when changing volume for TV it also turns on the ceiling fan. We got a good laugh over that.

location, location, location

Probably the cleanest house I've rented. It is very close to beach access and to Center St. Do not have to get back into your car after arrival. Only negative is it could be more 'comfy'. Don't spend much time inside, but a nice chair along with the sofa so you can socialize and converse. Little too 'serile'. The screened area is super.

wonderful stay

The cottage was perfectly located , two blocks from the center of town and 1/2 block from a public beach access, The beach was two blocks away. The place was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was very quiet. We did not have to contact the office for anything. The check in and door code worked perfectly

This is a great spot on Folly Beach. It is quiet yet an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and retail. It met our needs (two adults) and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay

Couldn’t say enough good things about this location. It was a perfect long weekend getaway. Easy two block walk to beach access, pier, and most restaurants. Fun beach touristy shops, frozen yogurt, fun bars, live outdoor music! Place was super cute with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Very clean. Super easy communication with host via text and while we didn’t need anything extra or help, felt like we would get it if needed. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the little house…..perfect for our family of 3! Super clean, great location…two minutes walk to everything Folly Beach has to offer….beach, stores, restaurants! Went into Charleston quite a few times, which was an easy 15-20 minute drive every time!

Folly Beach getaway.

We have visited Folly Beach in the past. We enjoyed our stay at "The Coop" very much. The house was clean and comfortable. It was located close to beach and was within walking distance to excellent restaurants.

Lovely cottage home

This was perfect for my family. Newly remodeled. Very short walk to beach and two blocks from town. You can walk everywhere. We had one bedroom, my daughter had the other and my son made is home in the enclosed garage. There was a futon and TV and it was like his little teenboy cave. Clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, linens provided. Beds were comfy. There was a grill (we didn't use it though). Quiet neighborhood. Would definetly stay here again.

Great little beach house

Perfect little beach house, squeaky clean, quiet neighborhood, 2 short blocks from beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Converting the garage into a laundry & TV area was genius. Would have liked a few extras in the kitchen (e.g. coffee filters) and maybe a hose for sandy kid feet, but overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.
