we were disappointed that a room with a better view, despite repeated request, was not offered. It is not clear to me in how one can ensure a room with a better view is booked. The check in staff were not helpful.

Nice staff and clean hotel well maintained despite being aged. Unfortunately the room was very hot and even adjusting the thermostat to 16 wouldn’t bring the temperature below 21 Celsius. I think the air conditioner is probably turned off in the winter. Made it hard to have comfortable sleep. Other than that it was good.

Incredible Hotel
Beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and the products are amazing. The convenience of it being a ski in/out is unbeatable. You have everything you need inside the hotel as well.
