Hotel horrível.

As fotos não correspondem ao Hotel. Quarto minúsculo, móveis descascados e de quinta categoria, frigobar minúsculo e enferrujado. Travesseiros ruins. Banheiro com cheiro ruim e a pia minúscula, sendo horrível até para lavar o rosto. Sem qualquer apoio no banheiro para toalhas ou para colocar os itens de higiene. Toalhas com cheiro ruim e extremamente ásperas. Somos de Floripa e queríamos um hotel apenas para passar a noite e que fosse próximo ao local do casamento onde iríamos. Olhei no site e achei esse Hotel. Era simples, mas pelas fotos e como era somente para passar a noite estaria ok. Horrível. O café da manhã estava frio, mas o resto do buffet estava razoável, condizente com o valor da diária. Wi-Fi não funciona. Meu marido foi na recepção e a resposta deles foi: “mas aqui embaixo funciona”. TV não funciona. Ligamos só pra verificar. Então para quem pretende utilizar, está avisado. Elevador do século passado. Barulhento, não se conseguia nem ver o andar em que o elevador estava. Piscina suja. Em suma: terrível. Não vá. Hotels.com, por favor atualize as fotos dos hotéis que fazem parte de sua lista.

Debe mejorar las instalaciones y realizar mantenimiento en el hotel. Cambiar los colchones estan en mal estado. lo mejor del hotel es el personal, muy amable y siempre a disposicion. El desayuno es excelente.

Apesar de do incidente, ele é Recomendado.

No dia que chegamos a reserva não estava como eu havia pedido pelo Hotels.com, pois eu havia pedido um quarto com 2 camas de solteiros e essa informação não foi repassada ao hotel, mas isso foi resolvido rapidamente, disseram que poderíamos separar a cama que ele tinha a opção de fazer 2 camas de solteiro. Creio que isso tenha sido uma falha de comunicação da plataforma com o hotel. O problema maior foi na primeira noite, pois o chuveiro estava com defeito e não esquentava, mas foi resolvido no dia seguinte. No mais o hotel é bom, simples sem luxo, mas confortável e com bom atendimento. Possui um bom café da manhã, bem surtido, com bastante variedades. O ar condicionado é de janela, então é necessário ficar levando para fazer os ajustes manuais na temperatura.

Estadia Razoável de bom!

A minha estadia foi razoável, pois a cama era bem dura, mais dava para dormir assim mesmo, porém o atendimento do hotel era muito bom, a limpeza e o café da manhã eram magnífico, só tive um problema de perca da minha toalha de banho (pessoal) que levei e as meninas confundiram com a toalha do hotel, pois era branca e grande, mais nada para criar caso. Foi mais pontos positivos do quer negativos, a piscina e área de lazer era boa dava para assar uma carninha, o hotel fica bem perto da praia e de supermercado, boa localização, dar para ir até para as outras praias.

Muito bem hospedados

Estadia nota 8/10, atendimento muito bom, sempre tendo um bom suporte. Café da manhã muito bom, com boas variedades, area de lazer bem bacana e quartos confortáveis e limpos. Unico ponto foi que achei os móveis um pouco “antigo”, dando um aspecto caído para o local. Mas no geral, topzera, voltaria super.
