I unfortunately got hurt while at the resort (no fault of the hotel) but they were so amazing the life guards took amazing immediate care and the hotel had me privately driven to the hospital and waited to bring me back.

We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the resort. This all-inclusive has very good food and nice amenities such as pools, several bars, and athletic facilities. The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Tired property. Very slow check in. You must take a number for a machine. You pick either normal check on or express. Nobody knows which one to pick. A lot of people took both. We stay 7 days, we have to exchange 2 times the baby stroller ( the 3rd was complete and worked the way it should). Beach was excellent, the best part of the property. Unnecessary hustle for beach towel ( you must pick them up at one location only, why you don put them in your room, ping pong sets the same, ping pong table beside an indoor swimming pool complex, very warm and humid, reservation to play pool when nobody was there (?), improper light for the dirty pool table, you have them in your back so you make shade on the game, not all the restaurants open the same day at the same time, gluten free bread in the morning only, bathroom lights inappropriate ( they are on the right side, so you have shade in your left side for shaving, bathroom sink faucet too big (I think it is a kitchen faucet) you cannot wash your face because it is on your way while bending, outlet inside down the night table. You must kneel to plug your phone, 4 hangers only, ants crossing in the balconies, in front on my balcony was a light for a water fixture that hit me in the eyes, so no balcony enjoyment at night, etc.

We stayed in the villas, not the international hotel. The room was terrible. The beds were so old that I sunk into middle. There was only one table and one chair in the room (and definitely room for more). No art / decorations to speak of. Mold in the bathroom and ants in the bed. Friends had used soap in the showers, a blanket filled with holes and dirt or no blanket at all. We partially booked this property because of the English speaking, but other than at reception, staff rarely spoke English, which made reserving restaurants, spa treatments near impossible. The facilities were also so loud. It was loud in hotel room where we could hear every word from the adjoining room and people talking in the hallways. It was loud in the dining areas, so much so that it was hard to hold a conversation. Walking by the pool areas was loud enough to induce a headache due to the number of people. That being said, the beach was beautiful and some of the outdoor areas were lovely.

Excelente resort. Solicitei ao concierge que a minha acomodação fosse próxima às áreas de alimentação, pois estávamos acompanhados de 02 idosos. Fomos plenamente atendidos (agradecimento especial à Maytê), que também nos reservou os restaurantes a la carte nas noites em que estávamos hospedados. Ponto positivo para a natureza (principalmente a praia). Ponto negativo para a falta de consciência de alguns hóspedes que deixavam pratos com restos de comida e copos com restos de bebidas alcólicas (sobretudo drinks com frutas) por todos os ambientes, gerando moscas e outros inconvenientes (a equipe de limpeza não dá conta de limpar). Recomendo também o sanboard em área de duna bem preservada.

O resort é bacana! Tudo muito limpo, organizado, algumas atrações para distrair adultos e crianças, bons restaurantes (os temáticos são ainda melhores). Comidas e bebidas disponíveis o tempo todo. O transporte de vans interno funciona super bem, e você não precisa esperar muito para se locomover. Há piscinas mais utilizadas do que outras, o que dificulta manter a limpeza das mais “populosas”. Um ponto negativo é que os funcionários não estão alinhados com as informações internas do resort. Se você perguntar a mesma coisa para funcionários diferentes, você receberá respostas completamente diferentes. Ah… faltou um serviço de praia dedicado, faria a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Decepção total. O lugar é enorme - no que diz respeito à quantidade de quartos - mas as áreas comuns (restaurantes, piscinas, bares) ficam todos no mesmo local e sempre super lotados. Todas as comidas e bebidas ficam no mesmo lugar. Caos. Uma escada estreita dá acesso a esse lugar, num empurra-empurra de gente subindo e descendo. Está no quarto, ficou com vontade de tomar um café? Desce escada, espera van, pinga-pinga até chegar na area dos restaurantes, dispute um lugar e torça para a máquina estar funcionando. Pegamos um dia de chuva forte. Com criança vc precisa esperar a van na frente da "villa" (complexo dos quartos) embaixo de chuva. Não existe um toldo para aguardar e não fornecem guarda chuvas. É uma humilhação sem fim. Estávamos na pascoa e não comemos um mísero chocolate de verdade. Era tudo feito de gordura hidrogenada. Patisseries todas feitas de gelatina e corante. Até mesmo o brigadeiro tinha farinha na receita. Um horror. Goteiras no restaurante principal. O banheiro imediatamente ao lado do restaurante principal era minusculo e nauseabundo de sujo. Um cheiro insuportável e constante. Não perca seu tempo. Por esse valor, pare antes em Gaspar e fique no Fazzenda. Infinitamente melhor.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Estrutura impecável! All inclusive top! Comida e bebida muito boas! Amamos!!! Fomos na época do calor, então aproveitamos muito as piscinas e a praia! Tudo perfeito! A concierge Maitê reservou os nossos restaurantes e cuidou de toda a nossa reserva. Foi maravilhosa!! Os shows à noite foram ótimos!

Pontos positivos: quarto grande, ótimas opções de lazer para criança e bebê, comida saborosa, vista espetacular. Pontos negativos: check-in muito demorado, quarto precisando de reforma (tudo muito antigo e móveis sem uso), poucas opções de comida na copa baby, falta de mais uma copa baby próximo ao hotel internacional ou aos restaurante principal, muitas ladeiras e escadas pra acessar a parte mais baixa do resort, falta de simpatia de cortesia de funcionários que fazem os drinks.
