The room was very nice and clean. The whole hotel was beautiful. The only complaint we have is that they gave someone else a key to one of our rooms that our daughter and her family were still in. They were using a key card, trying to get into my daughter's room at about 9am. Thankfully the cards didn't work.

Check in person ee she was great! She was very nice / information on everything. She did tell me that the hotel is undergoing renovation on the third floor, it was being bought out by Spark by Hilton. Beautiful lobby, elevator worked, outside parking lot, garbage cans have been emptied and picked up. Nice! Entering my room I thought everything looked good at first glance. PRO: The sinks, toilet, countertops and bedsheets were clean. The blankets were cleaned though had small stains. The pillows were fine. The counters around the TV, desk and bed were clean. CON:I saw a long hair in the bathroom on the floor and I have to say just gross me out. Later on, I took a piece of tissue paper and some water and just wipe a spot on the floor in the bathroom and it came up gray. The floor in the rest of the room had been vacuumed. It seemed, but I still saw hair in a couple places there on the floor as well. The bed skirt was disgusting on one side and should have never been in that room.. The seat of the desk chair needs to be vacuumed and cleaned. It was disgusting. After looking more closely at the bathtub, I decided it wasn’t safe for me to take a shower without having my slides on. I did a test on the tub as well and it came up chalky. This used to be a great hotel I at one time and even though they’re being bought out the worst thing they can do is to continue to get rent rooms like mine. Had I not been so exhausted and tired from driving I would have demanded a different room.
