"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, I found that my room did not have any towels, which was inconvenient. The room also did not have a phone, making it difficult to contact the front desk when assistance was needed. Throughout my stay, the staff was not very helpful, and there were several occasions when no staff members could be found when assistance was required. Additionally, the restroom in my room was not as clean as expected and appeared to need more thorough attention from housekeeping. Overall, the lack of customer service, missing basic amenities, and cleanliness concerns made for a less-than-satisfactory experience."
