Run !! They do false advertising for the pricing. once you book the room , then you will get a text from saying there will be an additional charge for cleaning in euros and if you disagree , they will just keep all your money . Such a fraud . will not recommend anyone

No WiFi even though it is advertised. The second “full bath” is basically a combo toilet and shower stall crammed in a small closet. Enough room for a child to use, not useful for adults. The flat is located on the fourth floor with narrow uneven steps leading to it. Very dangerous by American standards. One tenant would walk his scary big black dog unleashed in the hallways and staircase, and of course did not understand English. It’s not advisable to rent this in summer as their is no AC in the flat (we just assumed there was).

In pieno centro a due passi dagli Uffizi, strada con numerosi locali e nelle vicinanze vi è anche un market Conad. Struttura consigliata, per via delle scale 3 piano scomodanon ad anziani o bambini piccoli

Information floue sur les frais de nettoyage. Le propriétaire nous avait informé sur 90€ frais de nettoyage QUE le dernier jour pour l’annulation gratuite sur une app Expédia qui n’a pas de notif. La personne gérant check-in nous a demandé de payer ces frais sur whatsapp 30m avant d’arriver. Pourquoi pas nous informer avant sur WHATSAPP ??? Je mettais 2 étoiles pour communication car j’ai une part de responsabilié de ne pas avoir fait attention aux notif d’Expédia mais toute cela reste pas claire…. D’ailleurs, 90€ - frais de nettoyage pour UNE SEULE NUIT ? C’est une maison de Trump 1000m2 ? Nous avons décidé de pas fait check in ça part déjà très mal
